Warranty & Store Policy

     We at Sword.Store.Samurai. want to provide you with all your Japanese sword, Japanese armor, and Japanese helmet needs; while ensuring your complete customer satisfaction. Due to the dangers associated with swords, we have a strict "no sale to minors" policy. You must be 18 or older to order. This is ensured by an adult signature being required at the time of delivery.

     We provide detailed color images and informative descriptions on each item in order to ensure you get the ideal purchase you're looking for. Please be sure to research your order prior to purchasing.

     We make every effort to prevent shipping damage. Each item is inspected prior to shipping. We know that many situations are unique, but take the following important steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

• If your shipment shows any physical sign of damage, you should note it on the freight bill or receiving ticket and have the driver sign it.
• Please keep the original shipping carton and all packing materials.
• Notify us immediately (within 7 days of receiving goods) so that we can begin the claims process.

     We believe in our products and warranty all of our products against manufacturer's defects for a period of 15 days from your date of purchase from us. This does not cover and damage due to use, neglect, disassembly or accidents. If there are any defects from craftsmanship or damage during delivery the sword will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Any returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
